I know that it is considered unkind to laugh at others misfortunes, but sometimes you can’t help yourself, or in my case go into utter hysterics. My daughter stopped to get some petrol before we went Xmas shopping. Minding my own business, amusing my baby granddaughter, when I happened to glance over at the car wash. There was a woman standing inside the car wash frantically rubbing the steam off the window and trying to attract attention. The car wash had broken down. You know when you get that premonition of impending DOOM!. Well yes it happened. It started working again. She got drenched from head to foot before they could get to her. Not only did the car get a wash and blow dry, she got one too. To be fair, she saw the funny side, and staff and customers alike were hysterical laughing. Set me up for the rest of the day that did.
