Definately tons of double cream. On Boxing day does anyone else fry the pudding in butter and cover it with sugar ummmmmm :o)))

Has to be clotted cream but in the unfortunate event of shops selling out, I would have to unwillingly settle for extra-thick double. Mandy :)

Oooh no not cream, mine has to be custard. lol I was most upset on Saturday, we went to my husbands xmas do and we were packed in the resturant bit like sardines, or a cage as I put that night. The chairs were literally back to back and you couldn't get your legs under the table. The waitress couldn't get between to chairs to give us our dinner. So as you can imagine it was pass the parcel and I didn't get my xmas pudding, we missed the puddings cause we couldn't stick being cramped any more. Sob sob lol Nicola xx

Or is it both, or none!!!!! I know this boils down to preference, but hands up who likes what. I am CREAM ( whipped.) and lots of it... And do people still put a threepence in ya pud.
