I know another story about the Robin. It was very cold in the stable on Christmas eve and the fire that Joseph made was'nt giving out much heat, so all the little brown birds came down to flutter their wings and get the fire going. They got to near to the flames and burnt their little chests and they have been red ever since. Jo.

Just this week, I got a lovely Christmas card with a Robin on it, from my cousin in England. Takes me back to when I was 6, Mum would put a lump of lard on a string and hang it outside for the Robin's to feed on. Merry Xmas to you :o))

How many Robin cards have you received so far? It seems that Robin cards are the most popular. I've got eight up to now.
