Well done Anne and Kaylene and all the others trying to give up the weed. Keep it up! Soon you will be repulsed by the smell of smokers! I have been ciggie free for 20 months after smoking for nearly 40 years - did I REALLY smell that bad? LOL A top tip - difficult at this time of year I know - put ALL your ciggie money in a jar and watch it grow. Treat yourself, not too many chocolates though! Pamper yourself, it is a great achievement, you deserve it. Love Sue xx

Thanks :)) Only been smoking on and off for the last 2 years, but decided to pack up before it becomes addictive. At this stage I can still take it or leave it - but I have had such a bad chesty cough with my cold for the last two weeks, realised it could be a result of smoking.
