Been to check, mine is vtech make, I use it in addtion to a normal phone, if electric goes off so does the phone, or is liable to go off in thunderstorm. Take mine next door to my mums, can use it from her house!! Val |

Hi John, I'm really glad I looked at this thread. We have a Binatone DECT, have had it less than 12 months and it's a load of .....ahem...... rubbish! At least now I know it's nothing I've done to it! We are going to get a new one in the sales. Mandy :) |

The problem with mine is the answer machine. Hopeless. You have great difficult working out what people are saying, and if you turn up the volume on the answerphone, the ringer volume goes up by about 1000 decibels too. We have missed loads of messages this way. If you're listening, you useless Binatone DECT phone, get your act together over Christmas or you will be replaced. Mandy :) |
