Hi Steedie I was hypnotised about 16 years ago. What does that tell you! lol. I think it does work for some poeple but not for me and it's quite expensive Jeanette x

Babe.... I buckled too.... pressure is so great when people know you are trying to stop the weed and sometimes timing is just not right!! Don't beat yourself up... just take each day as it comes!

This sounds like a brilliant book. Shall we get a copy steedie - what do you think? Smoke like a chimney while reading it then, hey presto, we won't want another one. Can it really work? Jeanette x

thats the whole point babe, you're supposed to keep smoking till the end of the book. he even recommends smoking heavier during the reading. when you finish though you just dont want one anymore. dont know how it works, think its magic! mind you as you well know i sometimes break when im drinking but i didnt friday at the work do! xxxx
