HoHoHo, Many thanks to you all. A mixed bag. I,ll wait for my family expert to have a try and then re-post if necessary.(Just learned how to programme my video - the newspaper tells me they are soon going to stop selling them) Your interest is much appreciated.

Deborah My ISP also provides a free help desk - commonly know as the 'unhelpful desk' round here! lol

Hi Harry, Mine's not Tiscali, but I did manage to install my own, and it was very easy! I know absolutely nothing about the 'technical' side of computers. My ISP provides a free helpdesk for installation and most other internet problems. Debbie

Hi Harry I've done mine and my Mum's now and neither was as straight forward as they said it would be. I have a very good computer man who says he fits it for others and he is very reasonable. What bits and pieces have you got in your package? Jeanette x

I have a package from Tiscali. I am hoping a relative will install it for me. If that weren,t to happen what do i do next - the instructions are simply miles too much for a simple - yes, that,s the word - country lad like me. Can you have it fitted for you? Very approximate cost? If I make a wish when I eat my first mince pie, will it install itself? Happy days.
