I work in a shop and yesterday a man I served was really abusive to me for no reason, in the end I refused to serve him. After I left yesterday he came in to apologise to me and to give me a box of chocolates, he spoke to a manager and told her that he was totally out of order and was really sorry and to make sure she passed on his apologies. I was really shocked because nearly all customers who are rude or abusive in my experience never apologise only complain, it was really nice to start the day on a good note. |
