Just wondered if it would be worth having one thread for those on the boards who are trying and those that are going to try to stop smoking. I think if everybody gave each other support and those of us who have managed to stop smoking give support and advice if needed it might help . :-)

Debra I have breathing problems also but nowhere near as bad as your problems sound. The main thing is like many of us you have finally quit not only for youself but for your family as well, keep it going Madam as an ex 50-60 a day man I know how difficult it can be, but yer doing great Debra so keep up the good work :-)
