	I cannot update original message, for some reason. But wanted to let all that replied know. I phoned hubby to tell him what you all advised. His dad went to hospital 10 mins before my call. Will let you know how he gets on later or tomorrow. The police have called with good news. The couple in the car that hit him are ok. Seat belt injuries and Whiplash. Thank you all for your replies.
