I suppose all that hard work like shopping, planning and putting up decs is over now. I have a fridge stuffed, and I mean stuffed with food, a large bag of wrapping paper to dispose of. Piles of presents, some are of no use at all, but my friends and family gave them to me, so I shall try to treasure them. In a couple of days I shall start taking down all the decs. (if you saw my house you would know why) Tomorrow I shall dare to look at my bank statement!! It's as much hard work afterwards as before. Happy New Year. Jo XX. |

Same here Jo! What is a bank statement? is that the letter that advises you that you are over your limit??? Still relishing in the look on son's face when he got his MP3, and still trying to fathom out how to download the music he wants, so the bank can wait!!! lol Happy New Year Kim |

Hi Jo, we all tease my dad because he has a saying that always comes out when they are just leaving us late on Christmas Day ...'Ah well, Christmas is as far away now as it's ever been' !!!!!! A tip regarding the bank statement .... don't look at them until AFTER your next pay day, you'll feel much better knowing that some money has gone into the bank! Happy New Year to you, love Mandy x |
