Whilst I sympathise with your sentiments, think of the consequences. There would be a bloodbath in Iraq with perhaps millions dying. Iran, Syria, Russia and others would all dive in. Perhaps a Middle East war would be the result of the implosion. Maybe Tony and Cherie should have a nice long, free of course, holiday in the Andaman Islands by the seaside. Len

Mommylonglegs. Self inflicted by who? The Iraqis didn't ask to be invaded, but if there is no stability imposed, poor as it is, the differing Islamic factions will rip each other apart!

Andy i agree with you. There would be a Bloodbath. But it would be self inflicted. Those poor poor people in Asia had no choice whatsoever. Jenny.

How many more people must die before we are satisfied?

Now don't be silly Jim! I think that the invasion of Iraq was unjustified and a gross error by both the British and American goverments. But it's done. If the troops pulled out now it would be another bloodbath!

Dear Mr Blair, As an eventual payer of our Armed Forces wages I request that you pull them all out of Iraq and send them to Asia to help with the rescue and restoration work. It would help if your chum Dubya did the same.
