Can anyone explain why the e-mail scanner says not Fully Functional on my XP user account but is Functional on my Husbands user account? Have done the properties bit, clicked apply & ok but still says the same, tried activate but nothing changes. Lynn.

	Lynn...I think you will find that the new AVG 7 free edition only scans Microsoft Outlook email clients. 1. Open the www.grisoft(.)com home page, then click on the left where it says FAQ 2. When that comes up, click where it says AVG FREE Edition FAQ 3. Then you click on the 10th question 4. Then you read the answer! Dee x

	Lynn, I don't use outlook but it's working for me. If you're still having probs e-mail me and I'll get my other half to do IT support for you! Janet
