Get well soon, June. Make sure you have some fluids, even if you can't manage food. Those rehydrating sachets might be useful. Nibble some dry toast or small pieces of apple when you can face food! |

Hi My Mum's got this awful bug that's going around, she has only managed to have a glass of water in the last 2 days and I'm really worried about her..... I'm off to see her now and call and get her some bits from the shops.... please can you wish her well :-) xxx |
