I have not had a ciggie since Monday, feeling really proud of myself, just hope I can keep it up this time. UPDATE: I'm having a fag.... Its soooooo good |

OK girl - so you had a fag! so what? you haven't mugged anyone for the money to buy the fags I take it? - you haven't pinched it from anyone (the fag that is)? so.......No problem - just start again tomorrow - another day, another dollar. Sorry, but I dont agree, to GIVE UP, is to stop COMPLETELY. You MUST have the urge to give up fags.........no good saying tomorrow i Mite give up..............GIVE UP NOW> promise yourself, that once those you have, now, are gone, you will NEVER buy any more...........it will be hard, but you must REALLY WANT TO PACK UP.........I did it.......in 1978.....never smoked since.......... fumed a bit, but never smoked......LOL |

try again joanne dont feel put down by one (or maybe 2 by now) keep trying hubby trys every year , he tried hypnosis in summer, as it cost him a weeks ciggies, thats how long he lasted, now on 30 a day again |
