Hi Dawn if you put into google Scottish woollen mills it will bring up loads of info. Also if you go to http://www.electricscotland.*com and put into the search box at the top right hand corner, Border Woollen Mills it will give you some of the history. Almost all the Border towns have or had mills. Hopefully you'll find something useful Christine |

Does anyone know if i can find information on the Wollen Mills in the border region of Scotland for the turn of the last century. Alot of my ancestors worked in these places and i would love to know more about them. Thanks Dawn |
