Cherie - sounds like my husband 2 years ago - was rushed after ECG at surgery to hosp. with suspected heart attack. He kept insisting he had not had any chest pains etc. After 3 days wired up to the moon - it was a virus which had attacked one of the two chambers of the heart and put the beat out of rythm. Home after 5 days on medication for few months and that was it. Playing golf 3 and 4 days a week. Fit as a fiddle. Kepp your chin up - know it is hard. Ann

Oh dear, i am sure he will be fine. You must be very worried though. I hope everthing is ok. Have a hot milk and hot bath, may help with sleeping. x

my dad got referred to hosp today with an iregular heart beat,usually its between 60-80 beats my dads was avrageing 172..we dnt know why??he has been ill with the throwing up bug thats been going round and was ill with a bad cold b4 xmas.They are keeping him in ccu,wired up to all sorts,he hates hosp too.only 49 yrs old..worried and cnt sleep now,just had to get that off my chest as hubby asleep(hes had our three kids all day so i could go with dad,bless him).
