Hi Christine and Trish, Firstly there are not many chocs left. (sob) Some of Mum's ancestors came from around Midsomer Norton, Camely, Holcombe, Clandown, Temple Cloud. Another batch from Long Ashton (beautiful church). My favourites are the baddies who came from the Quantocks. Mainly Over Stowey and Nether Stowey but a few were from Stogursey which has the most beautiful church I've seen in ages. (Google it if you like churches) It's being restored and is a lovely building with bits built on almost every century. The village is tiny and the church almost as big as a cathedral. Lots of rich landowners trying to outdo each other in their contributions, I think. Gwynne

Great News, Trish. I've had some of the photos back we took of the ancestral homes in Somerset and they have turned out really well. Now I need to annotate them and put them in the Fam His album. Gwynne
