No Christine, still here for a while. Although I hear stirring from above. I have a busy day today. Some friends of ours are going to live in Turkey on Tuesday. So we are having a bit of a party at our local pub teatime. I have to make half a dozen ten portion quiches and about a hundered Vol au Vents. |

we have tiles off our roof but have no idea whether to go via the insurance or not as last time we did they upped it by the amount they paid out for the tiles |

Paul, any chance of one of your delicious Omelettes. Cheese or Ham would be lovely. A big mug of tea also please. Quite briight up here today. No wind at all. The four fence panels that have been smashed are being sorted. The two at the bottom of the garden are always coming down apparently. We have spoken to the neighbours that are the other side and we are going halves to replacing them. The same with the two panels at the side. They are willing to share the cost of replacing them. Roofer coming out tomorrow to look at the six missing ridge tiles. The house insurance will pay for those to be replaced. Haydon Bridge towards Hexham is a bit of a mess. Two lovely villiage pubs there have been flooded out. Also we believe a couple of hubby's tenants have been flooded also. Jennyx |
