thanks for that jude,ive added that to the links,on a website,that i help out. found this one to be very good,it contains a good self-help method called the...BROH trick...and its having some good results... www(.)happyredbox(.)com bryan.

Just wondered if anyone would be interested in this site for clinical depression. My son gave it to me, l have'nt read much of it myself yet but it looks very interesting. It explains what depression is,how to treat it etc etc comments from people etc - l often find people don't fully understand it, so this site could be interesting to people on both side of the coin, so to speak. www(.)clinical-depression(.)co(.)uk remove the brackets.
