lol. Here in Hull we don't have BT. We have our own telephony service called Kingston Communications. Karoo is their ISP.

No worries about that on little kb. It's peculiar to our area and called karoo.

Jeanete, is she on Outlook Express? Try clicking on Tools at the top of the screen whilst in OE...Send and Receive window drops down.....make sure she has it configured to Send and Receive All. Dee x

Mum can't receive emails but she can send them. She is on XP. Any ideas? Jeanette x
