I can't eat French or Golden Delicious apples as I end up having an anaphilactic shock. Also soy sauce makes my lips look like I've had collagen injections- by the bucketful! Plus I have just had a nasty dose of excema on my face which made it swell over Christmas- I was the only one in Tescos sporting sunglasses. Aileenx

Yes I had a very bad reaction to Kiwi fruit and pineapple, which were in a freshfruit salad, over Christmas.Ended up in Immediate Care Ward.gasping for breathe. I knew I shouldn't have eaten the fruit salad, but D-I-L- done such a lovely meal for us on Boxing Day and had done the fruit because my husband is Diabetic nd can't usually eat desserts. I couldn't sit there and say I can't eat so and so' I have been on steroids creams and tablets.AM ONLY NOW FEELING LESS ITCHY Had a bad reaction to Pretty Penny a copper tint about thirty years ago when my red hair began to fade a little.I thought I had german measles.

Julie, I eat a small amount of mild cheese. I get away with it, sometimes. I know what you mean though I would love a BIG CHUNK of Mature Cheddar with pickle for lunch. I can't eat eggs, haven't been able to for so long I cannot remember what they taste like. Although sometimes I would love to try but won't. They thought my middle son may become the same as he used to get a reaction to Yoghurt, grew out of it since, luckily. Pat x

I'm allergic to Strawberries, but just get a rash, and itching. I don't eat raspberries in case they do the same. It's amazing how many sweet things have strawberries or Raspberries in them, I make sure to avoid them all. Pat x

Hi Lisa Apparently the girl on GMTV had recently had a henna tattoo (or something similar) in Spain. Sometimes there are chemicals used in these which shouldn't be. These can lead to your body being sensitised to certain chemicals and so the next time you use them your body has an allergic reaction. This is why she had safely dyed her hair before. Poor girl wasn't to know. She must have been terrified. Lynne
