Just having a cuppa and ciggie. First of the day is always the best. Cough, splutter, cough. Really must stop this dirty habit. Fag Ash Lil they will be calling me next.

Good morning. Kettle's on, but it's a bit cold here. No heating on yet. Never Mind should warm up in a while, Paul's oven and grill throw some heat out. Jenny

Paul You should get a postie job in Otley where I live. Need decent posties that can read and post mail through right door. When they get agency staff they are bl***y useless some can't even read the addys on letters. We are very near to York. Sue

Whilst on the subject of pinching bums. Guess what I did on Sunday night ??? I only put my hand up a mans kilt and felt his bum. What with getting up and singing and that, how can I ever face going back to our local pub. Just hope we have no Jocks in for breakfast tomrrow. Jennyx

Mags. they really treated you awful this morning. Tell you what. You can have an extra pancake and I will put a drop of Brandy on it also. But you must promise me not to light up in front of it. I dont always have a steady hand first thing in a morning. Plus I shall be a bit nervous, being me first day working for the Gaffer. Not sure what he expects from me!!!! Jennyx

Aaaaw Paul...that's made me feel so much better! (smaller sob)....I'll forgive you then...me hair needed wahing anyway! Nah too early for bed!..got another 2-3 hours yet! Yeah she saw me home but gawd don't she ever stop talking about that Matt bloke...kept running up behind blokes that looked anything like him and pinching their BUMS!...then she'd hide behind me and they thought I'd done it!...hmmm...them cells need a lick of paint!

I'll be there Jenny! Pancakes sound lush! - just a squeeze of lemon on mine please. All that fuss about a bib! HUH!! Tell you what Jen he didn;t say NUFFIN about no bib when he was trying to brush the crumbs off this morning! and then....(sob)...you KNOW what he did?....(sob) only chucked WATER all over me! An that was me last fag an' all!....an' that Gwynne she chucked me outside... and I was ALREADY getting the flames out OK??? (sob) See yer tomorrow!

To the Boss. I do hope that your kitchen is clean and sparkling. I am rather a stickler on Health and Hygiene rules. All staff must wash their hands on entering the kitchen and after using the Loo. All aprons must be throughly washed each night. Dettox must be used at each table between customers. I shall be checking the sell by dates on all food before it is allowed to reach the customers. There will be no pumping in the kitchen. (Perhaps some of you call it F*****g.) I will not tolerate the throwing of Tomatoes. But if you all want to arrive in your night attire, that will be fine by me. Smoking will still be allowed in the same corner. Cause i like a fag when i am not too busy. If any customers have the dreaded lurgy, they will be allowed to bring in their own spirits for medicinal purposes only, as long as they pop a tot into my tea or coffee, when requested to do so P.S. I can bring my own Juke Box in if enough customers request it. See you all in the morning. Unless I have scared you all off. Jenny xx
