Windy weather how is it for you...are you all ok?

Windy, but we are so lucky not living near swelling rivers......we have the Bridgewater canal up the road but that has outlets that presumably keep it to a manageable level. Best wishes to those on Western Isles of Scotland! Dilys

'Down South' isn't too bad, we've been very lucky. Was very windy through the night but now it's bright and dry - although absolutely freeeeeeezing cold! Hope everyone in Scotland and the North is ok? Mandy :)

REALLY bad here but not as bad as some parts of Scotland. Up North the gale has brought winds of up to 120mph. The great big re-cycling bins from behind the flats opposite from me, have been blown halfway up the street and cars can't get past them. Definitely not going out today! Christine x

Portland is having a bit of a blow this morning.but it is a lot quieter.It was quite a hairy night.But I didn't worry about the chimneys coming down and that is my yeardstick for gauging a reall hard blow-Rose
