To "cut" and paste, highlight the text you want to move. Then left click on "Edit" in your tool bar, and click on "cut". The text you have just highlighted will be cut out, removed from where it was and held in the memory of your machine. It will have gone for good from its original position. Then select where you want to place it by putting the cursor in the required new position, go to "Edit" again and click on "Paste". The selected text will then re-appear where you want it. Should you wish to leave the original text intact, do as above but instead of clicking on "cut", left click on "copy". If you then paste it elsewhere, it will be in both the original and copied to the new position. You can type up a lengthy message to a thread by this means. After "Copying" it, open the "Add Message" box then click in it so that the cursor appears, then hit "Paste". len

No sorry start again you right click and hold down all you want to copy, I would use Microsoft word, so have that open and on minimize, when you have all you want in blue, right click again and you get lots of options come up, click copy, enlarge Microsoft word and right click again options come up press paste.
