It's actually quite nice neat over ice....but adding coke (cola!) is lubbly jubbly. Who mentioned Baileys...... luv it - have you tried Mudslide?

Tony, at the last pub I had, I got asked half a dozen times to put in a measure of Tia Maria half way through pulling a pint of Guinness. Yuk. I love both but definatley not together. Jenny

They all sound nice but we dont normally keep spirits in the house. I dont fancy hot coffee, have no fresh cream in the house. All I have is a bit of Famous Grouse, a bottle and half of Cointreau, nearly a full bottle of Advocatt. Loads of cider, and larger, 48 cans of Boddingtons. Loads of pop, Coke , pepsi and mixers left from Christmas. Oh and some minitures of the different types of Harveys sherries. Please can someone concoct a cocktail up for me. i am in one of those moods. Jenny.x

Jenny make a Brown Cow! Take a tall glass put ice in it pour over the ice a measure or maybe two of Tia Maria and top up with milk - as much or little as you want. Sip through a straw. Delicious! Although tastes nicer in the sunshine of the Caribbean - but then we can't have evrything. Enjoy. Ann

Well I brought a bottle of tia maria for Christmas and what I like is tia maria with coffee and then put cream on top of it to float. Mix tia maria with spoonful of coffee add about half teaspoon of sugar stir add hot water then put a teaspoon in the glass make sure it touches the drink then slowly pour double cream in, down the spoon it is lovely.......just had one

Make a long drink of it with coke. Add a measure of Creme de Cacao and some coke to it for a very intoxicating long drink. Have several for me! V.

Just had a liqueur glass full of Tia Maria. Forgot how moreish it was. So have poured a wine glass full. Does anyone know what i could put with it to make it last longer. I have a Litre bottle just opened. Would any of you like to join me? Jenny
