Just been there Bob and read more or less what you`ve said, and as my computer is up to date with `updates`then I think I`ll just leave it,now I know that it`s not doing anything. Many thanks for your comments Bob. Baz

The DSO exploit was resolved by Microsoft some time back so if your PC is up to date there is no threat. It is a bug in Spybot. There is a patch for it but it can be finicky. Just ignore it and install the next version which will have cured it. If you wish in to stop this warning go to advanced mode/ settings/ ignore products/ and check the DSO box. The fix is here http://www.majorgeeks(.)com/download4392.html worked on mine but some have problems Bob

Hi Budg, I`m using the se version mate, but it was Spybot that showed it up. I `fix` it, but it`s there again immediately. There are programmes on the web that removes it,but I`m not sure of the price or whether they`re any good. Baz

Hiya Sarah, I`m using it at the moment along with Spybot, but they can`t remove it. I think it needs a specialized program. Baz

Is it a bird? is it a plane?

try getting adaware (I think thats what its called) and it will help you find any spyware on your computer.
