Have just accessed my virgin net (don't go there very often)and discovered that they are changing the number to access the 24seven service. A small number of customers fall outside this number of which we are one, so we either have to find a new ISP, or change to their broadband service before 15th Feb, or 19th Jan to get special broadband offer.
