Convert files to jpg files before attaching - they are about a tenth of the size of bmp files.

Baz, My simple way is to got ro your email box. Clisk on New Attachmenst File then Browse to finf the photo you want then its either Ok ( for the one) or Ok attach another (for more) I like to do it this way because I can keep an eye on how much space is being used. Junie xx

Baz If you have broadband then instead of sending by e-mail (Many recipients won't be able to download them due to size restrictions) you could make them available from your computer like a web site. Have a look at: http://www.myphotoserver.*com/ to see what I mean Bob

Sorry Baz, I'm hopeless at explaining things :( When I was talking about highlighting several at once, I meant several files in the list, not the actual photos themselves. Once you've clicked on the paperclip on the email message, you will get your list of what attachment/s you want to add. If there are several in different places, you can just keep on adding attachments, but if they are all in the same place, you do the click, shift, drag to get them all in one batch. Ooerr, I'm really not very good at instructions lol. Love Mandy x

Baz If you have the photos saved to my pictures, you can open a new folder and either drag or copy the pics you want to send via email to that new folder... If there are a lot of pictures, once you have saved them to the new folder, put the mouse pointer over it and right click. You should then get the option to "send to" ....choose compressed (or zip) file. Once you have created the compressed (zip) file, using the mouse pointer again, right click and opt for "send to mail recipient"...clicking here will open a new blank email to which you can attach your compressed (zip) file. Compressed (zip) files are faster to download, so very useful if you want to send a few photos at once. I hope all this makes sense... Good luck Dee x

Hi Baz, When you're selecting which photos you want to send, click on the first one, then hold down 'shift' and drag the mouse - this will highlight all the files/pictures that you want to attach. Mandy :)

Hi Baz I'm assuming you've scanned them all into your computer and saved them as jpeg images. Write an email then attach them to the email. Be careful though if they are big files as they could take a while to send. And also the person you're sending them too may not have enough space in their inbox to receive them. Jeanette x
