Just out of interest my Gt Gt Grandmother was Elizabeth Dominey from Morden Dorset, when she died my Gt Gt Grandfather married her sister Mary Dominey. there are a lot in dorset andalso, I believe, Southampton Ann Glos

Don't know that, but there are lots in Nova Scotia and other seaboard parts of Canada, who were sailors and fishermen. B

according to my grandad, The name mostly is in Dorset the next place abroad he was informed (by who?) dominey is in Texas America. He wants to know How did they get there? Possible on the Mayflower. hope somewho might be able to help. from Paula.
