Gwyneth, I do the frame first. So, what are the most difficult ones? I'd guess the ones with lots of sea, sky or grass. Heather

I've just remembered one that my nephew gave my mum. I think it was called 'Hay in a Needlestack' and was just that. - Lots of sewing needles with a sprig of wheat on a stalk laying in the centre. That took some doing, but she completed it.

Bev, my brother bought me the one of brussels sprouts and we diid it, it took a week though, lol! My brother also bought me a large one of those 3d ones, Notre Dame, I thnk, it was expensive and we'd finished it in about 3 hours. Heather

I know the sort Bev. My children had a similar one of spaghetti in tomato sauce. As a point of interest are you 'Frame First' jigsaw people or do you just work at any part?

I bought one of those folding boards so that anyone could do jigsaws when they stay at our caravan. It's the only place that I seem to have the time or space to do them.- Quite relaxing, but I've often had a late night because I've thought, 'Ill just finish this sky, then I'll get to bed'! There are quite a few jigsaws for sale on e bay at the moment.

I like the Wasgij ones now, they aren't ever so difficult but the picture on the box isn't the picture you have when you finish the jigsaw. Louise, I'm ever so good at making a mess, you should see my family tree stuff, piles and piles of papers, magazines, books and discs, lol. Heather

Hi Heather I've got a couple of 5,000 piece ones that I drag out on rainy afternoons to keep the kids amused. Actually I usually end up finishing them! One is a jungle scene with exotic birds and animals on, and the other one is a famous painting whose name escapes me right now Jeanette x

Anyone do them? I remember having a wooden one of England and Wales with the pieces cut out in the shape of the counties. Heather
