This is such a familiar complaint. It took me six attempts to upload my updated family tree tonight. That was after three attempts to log on! I honestly think that the people who run this web site are so cashrich they don't actually give a toss about the quality of service. They certainly seem, after repeated complaints, to be completely unable to do anything about the poor service they provide. My subscription is due for renewal. I'm beginning to think twice. Did you clock that, anyone at Genes Reunited? |
