I wonder how many people actually use that facility. I gave up with it long ago because it is quicker and easier to look up the Surnames I am interested in rather than scanning page after page of unrelated surnames. Maybe GR could replace it with something more useful? Any suggestions? |

Grampa Jim I think GR should replace it with - how to do family research and put all the info they have buried at the bottom of the homepage right on top. It would save me a lot of cut and paste! nell [tongue firmly in cheek] Perhaps I should add to the Success Board - I've only been a GR member for a couple of years but I managed to find out where they hid the info about census dates!! |

I agree Jim, the Trying to Find board seems a completely pointless exercise to me, especially when the board is on slow speed. And knowing all about Nell's 'bete noire', she could have a very valid suggestion there!! Mandy :) |
