Karen, Another useful tip for you. At the top of the page you see a white box - on one side it says 'enter text'. This will find for you, all previous threads on a particular topic or containing a certain word. So for instance - if you type 'nudge' in the box and click search - you will see lots of old threads where people have asked exactly your question lol.... So you will see, you are not alone in being confused by things initially :O) Anne in Kent

Karen - no. If you just read a reply on a thread it stays where it is - if you add a reply that moves it back to the top of the list. If people feel an interesting thread is disappearing and dont want to add another message, they just type 'nudge' then people know why it has come back to the top. Anne in Kent

Hi Karen. Don't think that way. It takes a while before everything sinks in. It means that you are putting the thread to the top of page 1. Have fun :-))) Neil

I know this probably sounds stupid but what do people mean when they write NUDGE please, im thick and new to all this, sorry if i seem stupid, Kaz
