went into the outlook express site and nothing there - don't think I have a junk mail box - if I have I wouldn't know where to find it! Ann

Hi Ann. The mail that is bold is mail that is unread. Is outlook express your default mail handler? Neil

Neil - yes I know that the bold print is unread and there is none there - what is default? All of my emails come in through Outlook Express and it prints SPAM on mails it appears to think suspect. Ann

Ann, it takes about 15 seconds for my wee envelope to open when I read my mail in outlook express.... I can read it straight away but the little envelope at the side of it remains closed for 15 secs. My son has his set so that it doesnt open for about 30 seconds and he will flick through his mail and then log off and when he logs on it will tell him that he has ?? unread mail too. When infact he has read them but the envelopes didnt get time to open. I keep telling him to change it...LOL Shaz x

Hi Ann. There is a web site called mail2 web, where you can download your mail as some times mail is held by the isp and not sent to you for quite some time, also it's a secure site and if you are away from your computer and using some ones elsewhere you can log and read your mail. give it try! Regards Tom and Joyce.

All the little envelopes are open and no emails in bold. Will try all that has been suggested. However g.children been here this weekend and downloading music - apparently they may have had to do something in order to download - will grab them on their return and check! Thank you everyone Ann
