oh Chrissie, you have just sparked a memory every sunday we had leftover yorkshire pud with butter and sugar my grandmother (a yorkshire lass) used to make raspberry vinegar to go over yorkshire puds oh what a taste fantastic memory thankyou Love helenxx |

the traditional way to eat yorkshires is to have your meat and gravy in the middle of a giant yorkshire before the rest of your meal then eat veggies and taties seperately beverley batley born and bred west yorkshire |

4oz plain flour salt & pepper 2/3 eggs milk to mix to a batter little bit of water gas mark 9 cook for 20mins or until golden brown make sure your oil is smoking before you add the mixture never ever wash a yorkshire tin same as a bun tin i have had my tin for 10 years it was handed down from my gran she had it all her married life she died at 74 |
