My windows are the same, absolutely dreadful outside not too good inside when the sun shines as it has today. Lost my "window fairy " last spring. Don't know where he went. Phoned someone who was advertising and he wanted £15 every six weeks. Decided to do them myself. Can manage downstairs outside at the back, but not the front. Haven't cleaned them since September. Used some well known firms long lasting window cleaner but it isn't! They look smeary and greasy. Must do something soon. Rosemary(Essex)

I have a window fairy (local lad aged about 18) for the outsides and another window fairy (cleaning lady aged about 50) for the insides. I believe he uses a bucket and cloth, and she uses the Windolene wipes I provide. Mandy :)))
