Just listened to the six o'clock News where there was a big discussion about the Tories proposal to limit immigration. Does anyone think this is a good vote winner for the Tories? I suspect it maybe. It's my belief that if politicians of successive governments had followed the will of the people there would have been nothing like the level of immigration we have had for the last 40 years. But when did politicians ever try to exercise the will of the people? |
