Ann - it probably means they were living in a workhouse, Ive got a few rellies living in one in Penzance and they were refered to as inmates - if it gives you an address, you can go to the official workouse site and it will list of them as well as its occupants! Really interesting but a lil site! Ju xx |

thanks for the replys the person i found said he was a vagrant and there was a few other names saying vagrant and alot of the names in same building said they were inmates nut it didnt say what type of buiding it was lol £77.000 with stocks and shares and he was living like a tramp wow lol anne |

Anne, You may be lucky, my friends Uncle died a vagrant, living in squalid conditions, he had £77,000 in the bank plus stocks and shares, Good Luck June xx |
