Karen (and all those who hate needles) Just be pleased you aren't me. I have quite prominant veins and yet, for some reason, nurses who try to take my blood can never get any at the first go. It always takes them a minimum of three attempts. I always warn them first and the last time I went the nurse said "oh I see what you mean". On the second attempt she said "oh,I think I have got it", but when no blood came she proceeded to wiggle the needle about. On the third attempt, after much more wiggling of the needle she managed to get some and said she hoped that would be enough. So did I :))))))))))) Chrissie x (obviously a vampire in need of a fix:))))))))))

I give blood regularly. And i'm sure they love using me as a dartboard. I went dizzy, and nearly passed out. I hope your neck gets better soon.x

I've done exactly the same as you. The doctor said don't look, so being a woman I did look and that was it.......gone! Jo.
