I'd go with Joan, if you got an e-mail from "Microsoft" it was almost certainly a fake. Lesson 1. Never act on an unsolicited e-mail. Lesson 2. Never act on an unsolicited e-mail. Lesson 3. Never act on an unsolicited e-mail. Etc. .........................

Microsoft don't send emails. It is usually the rotten wotsits that are trying to infect you machine so don't open any emails from Microsoft.

yes paul.we had a problem the other night.someone was trying to hack into our computer and get all our details.we had a warning from microsoft so had to install it and wew have installed another anti virus.this person apparently was from nigeria.any one else had warning like this?xx(:

the firewall on our computer keeps popping up messages fro protection and i have to keep pressing the damn thing to allow it.god it's really gettin on my nerves.anyone else have the same problem?xxxxx(:
