Ah ha.. another Collingwood supporter. laraine. I was born in Richmond. My Mum was a Tiger supporter "True blue" My Uncle a Maggpie supporter took me and younger brother to our first game.( 1950s.) Richmond V's Collingwood. ( at Vic park ) We left in Richmond jumpers, we came home in Collingwood jumpers. My mum has disowned me and the brother since 1950 something.lol My Uncle was Ernie Clarke ( Vice President Collingwood F.C ) Hence we are now Magpie supporters. I worked with Jerka Jenkins in the 70s, and Mark Williams ( P.A ) I do a lot of Contracts for Collingwood sponsors. Tony Oz. |

Tony knew were on the same wave length" Go The Pies" with a maiden name like Greening had to be but my Dad said it was mandatory in our house barrack for Collingwood or move out ,Cheers Laraine |

We have 4 T.V's in our house. The other half watches them all at the same time when the Tennis is on. I watch when the Ozzies play, although not an avid Tennis watcher myself, i was forced at gun point to add this thread.LOL I'm strictly A.F.L ( Yes, I'm a Maggies supporter.) Tony |

GO Lleyton you are a absolute Champion , and as you say Tony love (which I do ) him or hate him he is a gutsy clever player who never says die and tries his absolute best and at least he has a personality whether you like it or not more than you can say for some players they just about put you to sleep. Congrats to our Leyton Hewitt for making the finals, in the Australian open last night. 3-6...7-6...7-6...6-1..... What a fighter this little Ozzie is. Love him or hate him, i have to admire his guts and determination. Win or lose to-night, he is the only Ozzie since 1976 Mark Edmonson ( i think ) to get to this position.
