I don't object to prisoners being taken in handcuffs to immediate family funerals really. It isn't much of a concession to them but it makes society a bit more compassionate than they are. David:)

like i said it was abit strange for them to be in that area when the war was breaking out.what were their reasons for being there.i'm not saying they are guilty but thats the question which needs to be answeredxxxxx(:
