Here's one I missed the beginning so I gave up watching it. An aged woman relates her story and in flashbacks we see the woman as a younger person. Are you able to name the actress, the English beau with a small mo, and Paul Newman was also in it. And of course the title!

Haven't a clue, Jeeves lists Telly Salvas and Peter Lawford but I don't know have never seen or heard of the film.
