Luciacw

Luciacw Report 3 Feb 2005 00:44

My Scottish lot are all from the Highlands..am totally stuck, but have only used Scotland's people. I have just discovered that my direct ancestors were Roman Catholics and they married in the proverbial middle of nowhere in a chapel on a remote peninsula called Knoydart. So totally Stuck! I have Fraser, McLean, MacPherson and Mackintosh - too common. I have found my ancestors birth on SP but can't find a marriage between Ewen Maclean and Margaret Cameron so hit a brick wall. grrr Lucia

What's red and green and goes 175 miles an hour? A frog in a blender. What do you get if you add milk? Frog nog! What happens if you drink frog nog? You Croak! I'm even laughing at this one.

John

John Report 3 Feb 2005 00:45

My tree is back to 1430 and something I've noticed the wife is referred as 'unknown', then around 1500 the wife is identified. Birth dates are not known, baptismal dates which probably happened a year later.
