put 2 eggs in pan of water...switch on cooker....go and spend a while on gr.....wait till you hear 2 load bangs, that bring you back to reality....go in kitchen to find 1 burnt saucpan and 2eggs spattered on ceiling.....oh dear....was boiling eggs for sons packup tommorrow and completely forgot about them |

LMAO Jean - my old gran used to boil eggs like that; as did my mum for many years too! I inherited the opposite of this family trait - I can boil an egg for 15 mins and it will still wont be done LOL Anne |
