	love fresh trout. best trout I ever had was grilled over an open fire at 8 am in the morning at the base of Mt Raupau on the shore of Lake Raupau (in NZ) with an old maori telling stories about the local area. sun was shinning, mist comming off the water, crisp and clear, just fantasti. the old maori swapped the trout for a cup coffee and a smoke. great swap ! lol
