JUST A PASSING THOUGHT --------------------------------------------------- Oliver Crommwell ruled this nation for 6yrs during which time he improved the standard of living gave fair laws which were the same for everybody--made england the richest country in Europe and gave us the commonwealth----- Did away with pagan worship in the churches and pagan celebrations----- Since then many men have passed through parliment unlike cromwell--they have to a man--encouraged curruption--mistreated the people they claimed to serve encouraged idolitary in the churches--churches whose ministers happily practise such- the HON: Members -Have become so concetedly indipendant that they treat the nation with contempt parliment has become a remote island with a gun at the heads ot the people just a thought colin F |
