South Wales Miners My father's family are from the Tredegar area of South Wales and worked in the coal mines. Does anyone know of any good sites / sources that might keep employment / accident records that might be able to help. I have a family member who I know lost an arm but only have a definite first name and choice of two possible surname and only an approximate d.o.b. to go on. A long shot, I know... but any help you could give a novice would be much appreciated. Thanks. |
