	we will have 'fun' with our council, Adelaide Hills, they have a notorious reputation. We are building on a slope of approx 1:4, we will need an envirocycle septic system, rain water tanks and bush fire stuff, so dont suppos it will be a breeze. But we will persist as we will be building our 'dream' home, a 6 bedroom B&B/retreat centre.
